Jen Taylor is Cloudflare’s SVP, Chief Product Officer. She leads the delivery of world-class cloud-based performance, security, and content delivery solutions for companies of all sizes. Previously she was senior vice president of product management for Search at Salesforce where she built enterprise search experiences to connect people with the relevant information they need in order to produce business results.

She also led Salesforce’s Data.com where she helped customers sell faster and smarter using a foundation of intelligent insights, and for Salesforce Chatter she shaped the direction of this powerful collaboration software. Prior to joining Salesforce, Jen held a variety of senior product management and marketing roles—including manager of platform product marketing at Facebook and senior director of product management for Rich Media Solutions at Adobe.

Earlier in her career, Jen was a product manager at Macromedia (acquired by Adobe) for Dreamweaver, the popular graphical Web development tool and an associate at Vector Capital. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fernando is the Field CTO, APJC, Cloudflare, and has been in the IT industry for almost two decades, starting his early career as a developer, transitioning to Infrastructure roles in Server, Application and Networking space in both Operations and Professional Services, with a focus on Security. For the last decade, Fernando has been focused on resolving customer’s challenges, and evangelizing new technologies in the Application Performance and Security areas. Fernando has also spent a number of years working for a major Telco in APAC, specializing in WAN, Cloud, Security and Media solutions.

Satyen has more than 27 years of experience in the IT Industry,where he has held many senior roles across several large Global Organisations like IBM, SAP, Cisco, NTT Inc and most recently Oracle with APJC leadership remit. He has a strong leadership background in leading and scaling up businesses across the region in Solution Sales, People Management and Strategic Sales.

Satyen graduated from Massey University in New Zealand with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, major in Information Systems with Honors.

Sakshi Grover is a Lead Security Analyst based in Delhi, specializing in the research areas of future of trust/security and future of work. She is the lead security analyst for IDC India, responsible for delivering syndicated, custom research and consulting engagements on next-generation emerging and disruptive technologies, such as zero trust, SASE, cybersecurity analytics, intelligence, response, and orchestration (AIRO); endpoint and network security; identity and digital trust; managed security services; regulatory and compliance landscape; hybrid working models, secure work transformation, and intelligent secure workspaces, among others. Her role involves closely collaborating with technology vendors and buyers and providing consulting and advisory services in the fields of software, security, and IT services. Sakshi's views on security have been quoted in numerous publications, such as the Economic Times, Data Quest, CRN, and others.

Sakshi has a wealth of experience in the IT space managing diverse areas, such as research and analysis, business development, product management, and client-centric engagements. Prior to joining IDC, Sakshi was a principal analyst at Gartner Inc. where she was responsible for managing research areas, such as cloud security software and migration products along with datacenter infrastructure, including competitive benchmarking, discounting, pricing strategy, end-to-end competitive landscape, configurations, and life cycle. Before Gartner, she was associated with Accenture and Wipro Ltd. where she was responsible for business development and research across EMEA and APAC markets within the TMT space.

Sakshi holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business leadership, and specialized in design thinking, entrepreneurship, and innovation management from the University of Milan, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning from IIM Calcutta.
